In 2009, Tracy joined Houlihan Lawrence as a full-time licensed New York State Real Estate Salesperson. She teamed up with highly successful real estate agent, Patricia Breen, to learn the intricacies of the industry firsthand. Tracy soon became well-positioned to shepherd clients through today’s turbulent real estate market.
Over the past several years, Tracy has offered superior market insight, innovative marketing, and a very high level of customer service, resulting in consistent success. By constantly monitoring changes in local market conditions and buyer feedback for each of the homes she sells, she’s succeeded in keeping her clients' properties ahead of the market and continuing to generate sales. As evidence of this, she’s closed over 90 sales since 2009.
Prior to this, Tracy served as a Consultant for Robert O'Rourke Real Estate Company. During this time, she performed real estate appraisal valuations, market research, financial analysis, and property valuation for this real estate inspection, appraisal and development firm. These experiences helped Tracy further hone her skills and is one of many reasons why she is so competent as an agent.
Tracy’s early career was spent as an Appraiser with Real Estate Research Corporation for 7 years. During her tenure, she earned invaluable knowledge, skills, tools, and experience that perfectly complemented her natural progression into real estate sales today.
She was raised with the understanding that it is important to give back to the community and has been active in school and community groups for many years. She is currently a member of St. Joseph Church Parish Council and Non Partisan Committee Bronxville. In her free time, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, sporting events, reading, cooking, and travel.
Prior to her career in real estate, Tracy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the College of St. Elizabeth in Convent Station, New Jersey.
Tracy’s love of Bronxville and surrounding areas runs deeper than her real estate connection. As a 25-year member of the community, her daughter graduated from Bronxville High School and her son is currently a student.
