A long-time resident of Westchester County and a recognized leader in luxury real estate, Anthony helped establish the highly successful Houlihan Lawrence Luxury Country Properties Division over 20 years ago.
Raised in New Jersey and New York City, Anthony discovered his love of architecture at a very young age when he traveled extensively with his parents, visiting many of the world’s great estates. Majoring in French Literature, he studied at Franklin & Marshall College and the University of Strasbourg, where he continued to expand his appreciation of fine art and architecture as he traveled throughout Europe. Anthony later continued his studies at the New York University Business School, where he concentrated in international economics.
Following a successful sales career in foreign trade, Anthony entered real estate, joining Houlihan Lawrence in 1987. A few years later when the firm was acquired by Nancy and Peter Seaman, he helped create the first luxury marketing concept in the marketplace. Since its inception, his refined market perspective and commitment to highly personalized service has been the hallmark of Houlihan Lawrence’s success.
Today, Anthony oversees a team of luxury marketing specialists dedicated to providing premier service to our top-tier listings. His expert guidance has helped make Houlihan Lawrence the unrivaled leader in luxury sales, garnering over 40% of the high-end market in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties.
When he is not assisting discerning clients in the sale of their estate properties, Anthony enjoys collecting art and antiques with particular interest in American, English and French antiques, French Fauve Art and 19th century drawings. He has been a 20-year resident of South Salem and enjoys his leisure time at his second home in the South of France.

In her role as Director of Luxury Marketing, Suzanne oversees the marketing programs for homes enlisted in the Luxury Country Properties program. Interfacing closely with home sellers and sales agents, Suzanne and the Luxury Marketing team craft color brochures, videos, customized website advertising and targeted direct mail to insure the most effective positioning for each property.
A 15-year veteran of Houlihan Lawrence, Suzanne brings a wealth of experience to her position. Prior to joining Houlihan Lawrence, she worked in account management at several major New York advertising agencies and later pursued real estate sales where she became captivated by the wide range of architecture and settings that make our region so special. Today, she is able to apply her diverse experience and creativity on behalf of Houlihan Lawrence’s distinguished luxury offerings. Raised in Putnam County, Suzanne lives with her husband and son in White Plains.

J.B. joined Houlihan Lawrence in 1997 as no stranger to the real estate business. Originally from Florida, both his parents were involved in the real estate business for many years. Prior to joining Houlihan Lawrence, J.B. spent 15 years in luxury hotel management in New York City and later transitioned into real estate sales when he moved to his antique home is South Salem, which he has been creatively restoring for the past few years.
J.B.’s unique experience in client services combined with his success in handling luxury real estate transactions brings a high level of customer service to all our esteemed clients. Responsible for the execution of media programs for all luxury listings, J. B. continues to set the standard for handling the day-to-day details of real estate marketing.
