Anthony Cutugno
Born in New Jersey and raised in New York City, Anthony began his love of residential architecture at a very young age when he traveled extensively with his parents, visiting many of the world’s greatest estates.
Anthony, while attending Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, spent a year abroad in France attending the University of Strasbourg. Majoring in French Literature and continuing to feed his love for travel all over Europe, he expanded his appreciation of the grand architecture found in all the great estates of England, France and Italy. His travels abroad also initiated a love for the South of France and fine cuisine. Little did he know he would some day have a second home of his own in Provence.
In 1988, Anthony joined Houlihan Lawrence and established the Luxury Country Properties Division with owners, Nancy and Peter Seaman. It was the first Luxury Division concept in the marketplace and since that time, Anthony has grown the Luxury Division to over $200 million in home sales, garnering over 30% of the luxury market for homes in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties. Anthony's refined market perspective and luxury sensibilities are the embodiment of Houlihan Lawrence's core values of trust, integrity and first-class personalized service. While the industry trend is the proliferation of chains and conglomerates, to the contrary, Houlihan Lawrence is dedicated to delivering highly personalized client service - the hallmark of our success.
In addition to assisting discerning clients in the sale of their estate properties, Anthony is an avid collector with particular interest in American, English and French antiques, French Fauve Art and 19th Century drawings. He also owns a second home in the South of France, which he frequents as much as the active luxury real estate market allows.
