Suzanne Bijou

A 10-year veteran of Houlihan Lawrence's Luxury Division, Suzanne is currently Director of Luxury Marketing and is responsible for developing customized marketing programs for properties enlisted in the Luxury Country Properties program. Interfacing closely with home sellers and sales agents, Suzanne and the Luxury Country Properties Team craft striking color brochures, customized website and print advertising and targeted direct mail, to insure the most effective positioning for each property.

Suzanne brings an exceptional combination of real estate sales experience and marketing expertise to her position. Prior to joining Houlihan Lawrence, Suzanne enjoyed a successful career at several major New York advertising agencies where she orchestrated marketing programs for a variety of national brands. Later, Suzanne pursued real estate sales in Manhattan and Westchester where she became captivated by the wide range of architecture and settings that make our region one of the most beautiful destinations in the world. Today she is able to apply her diverse experience and creativity on behalf of Houlihan Lawrence's distinguished luxury offerings.

Raised in Putnam County, and a long-time resident of Manhattan, Suzanne currently lives with her husband and teenage son in Dobbs Ferry
