J.B. Avery

Mr. Avery joined Houlihan Lawrence in 1997 as no stranger to the real estate business. Both his parents were in real estate in Florida for many years where Mr. Avery was raised.

From Florida, Mr. Avery spent 15 years in hotel management in New York City, and later he moved to South Salem, NY, which he has called home for the past 10 years.

The combination of managing both hotel guest services and luxury real estate transactions has made Mr. Avery an invaluable member of the marketing team for Luxury Country Properties. He continues to set the standard for supporting our esteemed clients through the day to day details of luxury real estate marketing.
