Elizabeth (Liz) Nunan, leads the Global Business Development Center of Houlihan Lawrence. A veteran of the real estate and relocation industry for over 20 years, Liz brings valuable relocation experience and national industry recognition to her position. Achieving record numbers and growth in past years has earned her and the team Houlihan Lawrence's most prestigious annual award, the Peter B. Seaman President's Award.

Liz is a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences and seminars. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and on the International Real Estate Committee of NYSAR (New York State Assn. of Realtors). She holds the CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) and GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) designations and is an active member of ERC (Employee Relocation Council), RDC (Relocation Director's Council), and the Society of Human Resource Management. She is also a Licensed Associate Broker in the State of New York.

Julie Prete, a fifteen year industry veteran, joined Houlihan Lawrence in 1998 and is a twenty-four year resident of Armonk, NY. She began her career at Houlihan Lawrence in the award winning Relocation Division, where Ms. Prete specialized in connecting relocation buyers with the "perfect" broker to meet their needs. From there Ms. Prete was selected to join the Luxury Country Properties Division to better serve the needs of the Luxury Division's clients. There Ms. Prete made considerable contributions and expanded the services Houlihan Lawrence provides its elite luxury clients with regards to professional photography, brochure development and internet marketing.

Ms. Prete has since returned to the Global Business Development Center and currently serves as Relocation Manager. She understands the marketplace, the process of the relocation/real estate transaction and has a calm, compassionate demeanor to assist the transferee while relieving any fears or nervousness they may have. She acts as their advocate, educating them to the home buying process in New York as well as the many aspects of residing within the Westchester, Putnam or Dutchess County communities. Julie is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York State.

Kymie Cooksey, Internet Customer Service Manager and New York Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, has lived and worked in Westchester County for many years. Her extensive computer knowledge, customer service experience, and real estate background working in sales at the Houlihan Lawrence Armonk Brokerage are all assets to her position. Kymie's goal is to respond to the questions and needs of Internet consumers as quickly as possible. She provides clients with the most up-to-date information about the subject property, listens to the client's requirements for home-buying and/or selling, answers any questions they may have about a home or area and finally, she selects the best Houlihan Lawrence agent to assist. 

Background & Education:  After graduating from Greenwich High School, Kymie went to college at Colorado State University.  Upon returning to the east coast, she furthered her education by taking e-business courses with University of Phoenix and also completed the Total Immersion Program at Berlitz in Manhattan where she studied foreign language communication specifically geared for business communications.  Her real estate salesperson's course was completed at the Pleasantville Campus of PACE University.

Sandy is a life-long resident of Westchester and Putnam counties. Her powerful managerial and organizational skills from past positions and her strong knowledge of real estate from working in the Houlihan Lawrence Yorktown Brokerage are all assets to her position.

Sandy is the primary contact for all listing referrals with relocation management companies, corporate clients and banks/reo foreclosure management companies. She partners with Houlihan Lawrence listing agents to provide the best possible customer service throughout the sales transaction.

Sandy is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York State. She holds her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Manhattanville College in Purchase, New York.
