Kathleen S. Murray joined Houlihan Lawrence six years ago and created the Project Marketing division. Kathy has established this developer-driven division as the market leader in representing major development projects in Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Fairfield, Bergen and New York City counties.
Kathy is responsible for managing all phases of the development life cycle from architect selections, marketing strategies and positioning, to onsite sales.
Her experience in new home sales coupled with a background in design and advertising imparts Kathy with meaningful skill set and unique vantage point for new developments.
Kathy’s tireless energy, knowledge of the market, and ability to collaborate with the talent and services of marketing and design partners makes her an invaluable asset on all projects.
Gay Prizio, Director of Marketing and Sales, Houlihan Lawrence Project Marketing
Gay Prizio oversees the marketing and sales strategies for all projects. This includes market analyses, branding programs, sales materials, on- and off-line advertising, onsite sales services and events.
Gay works collaboratively with partners to create a fresh and differentiating identity for each project and execute inventive marketing and sales strategies from start to finish.
Erin Hayes, Marketing Associate, Houlihan Lawrence Project Marketing
Erin Hayes works on all aspects of marketing including creative development and research. Her analytical skills help the team stay current on market insights and competitive trends, while her creativity is evident on many collateral pieces. Erin attended Indiana University where she studied psychology and statistics.
